Project Team

The AUT 2030 Project advises the “decision making” bodies at the Agricultural University Tirana. Thus, any suggestion developed within the project activities must be approved by the University bodies according to the Albanian law.

Structure of the project management
  • Steering Group: decision-making body.
  • Stakeholder Board: representation of the needs and expectations of the Albanian Agricultural Society, the stakeholders/advisors are important for the communication acceptance of the change process with the country.
  • Core Project Team: Experts from both universities to conceptualize and implement the different key Processes (e.g. research, teaching, etc.)
  • Working Group (WG): representation of the thematic areas or key university processes (e.g. research, education etc.) with their specific work packages (WPs), which structure the work in each working area.
