Next a joint understanding is developed to define which competences are covered by the Agricultural University Tirana. Several workshops and a survey among Faculty, Staff, Students, Stakeholder and Alumni, are integrated in developing a joint Vision, Mission, and the Competences AUT should stand for. The result was the AUT SUN (Step 2) indicating that all activities at the University must support this. These two steps (Analysis of the current situation versus defining the required competences and goals) formulate the framework for the actual change process (Step 3), across all processes of AUT. This change process is the most difficult and challenging part.
